Pizzeria Amoroma
Restaurant Owner
Michele (pronounced
Mi-KAY-lee) Lavecchia, and
manager Libby Havlicek, shared their
Grand Opening with the Orinda Chamber of Commerce
on June 16th - and it was one of the "best ever
attended" events in years for The Orinda Chamber.
A huge
thanks goes to Michele and his Dinning room manager
Libby Havlicek. The food was excellent and Michele had
the chamber members donate to his favorite charity -
Sustain Abruzzo - rather than charge for wine. If you
happen to have missed dropping a “couple of bucks” into
the
basket, please drop a check by anytime made out to
Sustain Abruzzo. The region of Abruzzo, where Michele
Lavecchi’s brother lives sustained a massive earthquake
in April. Michele is trying to collect voluntary
donations for relief efforts for the farmers, shepherds,
and small agricultural companies in the region.
